Willow Oaks Apartments

I’ve lived at Willow oaks since 2015. The property is clean and quiet thanks to the property manager Jacky & Mike. The apartments are spacious & our neighbors have always been quiet & courteous. There have also been a ton of improvements from newly stained/painted stairs last year, a new dog park, and new washing machines. If you’re looking for a quiet place to live that’s close to EVERYTHING I 10/10 would recommend.

We love our home and here is a place that you can call home. We have been here a few years now we have never had an issue. Maintenance is awesome when and its rare there is a problem Mike will take care of it that day even after hours. Jacky is great to work with. Waiting list is a mile long but if you get a chance to live here you won't regret it

Have to carry renters insurance at all times, in my many, many, many years renting it’s NEVER been mandatory. Rent goes up $50 a year!!! NO amenities at all, NO washer/dryer hook ups, NOTHING! Calling for maintenance is a joke, and takes weeks to months to get fixed, if it’s fixed at all. Apartments are 23 years old, all appliances are outdated, dishwasher sounds like a jet plane n hardly cleans. Won’t replace, not leaking!! Office people are hardly ever in the office, yet when they want something you best be right on it THAT day. Just be warned what you’re getting into!

I lived in these apartments in a 1BR about 750ft for around 2.5 years. I actually moved out around May 2018 and had procrastinated to leave feedback. I have to tell you, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in, and serviced by the best staff! This place is a hidden diamond in the "not so rough". Location is great, close to so many amenities! Jacky and Mike are some of the kindest most honest folks you could know. I trusted them 100% with any issue I had, (there were not many). The utilities are cheap, staff is friendly, neighbors are quite and respectful, what else can you ask for?

I absolutely love my apartments. The apartments are very private and well kept. I feel secure when I’m out late. Very. Quiet safe zone for children as well. Ms.Jackie office manager is one of a kind. I appreciate her so much to this day. Mr.mike is amazing as well, he will have any item fixed correctly and within 48 hours of notice. They take great care of their tenants. I’m sure we all appreciate you two! Thank you
