The Fincastle Building

I cannot recommend the Fincastle enough. From the very beginning the Fincastle team was friendly, helpful and extremely accommodating. The fully furnished apartments and the team running the building made relocating to Louisville so simple. The building itself is always clean and the apartments are super spacious. Members of the management team are always in the building with a smile on their face and are eager to help. They truly make the Fincastle feel like home.

My husband and I moved from out of state to Louisville last July. We had planned to purchase a home but did not find one we wanted. With a move date approaching, we reluctantly opted to look at apartments. The Fincastle was the first one we toured and from the moment we met the management, we were sold! They are wonderful! The apartment is spacious. The price is very affordable. There are tons of amenities included in the monthly rent and we are walking distance to downtown life. Before we completed the move, we had discussed living in the apartment for a year, getting to know the city, taking time to find a house, and then purchasing. However, we are nearing a year in the Fincastle and definitely have no plans to move! We will stay here as long as we reside in the Louisville ar

The Fincastle is a great place to live. The location just a few blocks from downtown is stellar, the apartment comes with very nice furniture and offers short-term leases (a HUGE plus as someone with a summer job in Louisville), and management is spectacular. Every maintenance issue was resolved within the day. In addition, some of the rooms have amazing views of the city skyline. If you're staying in Louisville, check this place out.

The Fincastle was a fantastic apartment choice! Although I only spent a summer there, it was so much fun. The location is awesome because it's right in the heart of downtown which means there is always something there for you to go due if you ever find yourself to be bored! Not to mention the staff really helped out with my move in process because I needed a place for work on such short notice. Definitely would recommend to anybody that is looking for an apartment in downtown Louisville!

The amazing team behind The Fincastle is truly incredible. Genuine, accommodating, and easy to work with especially as someone who was moving to Lousiville and hadn't seen the complex in person. To say the least, I was very satisfied with what I had come to and called home for 9 months. Clean, well furnished, apartments and bedrooms are spacious, utilities are one flat fee so you never have to worry, there is a parking garage right next to the building and a YMCA membership close to the building is included as well!
