Management and maintenance top tier especially Vita, she is responsive and understanding. Office manager Amanda is also great. Only downsides are walls are thin, when my upstairs neighbor walks sounds like roof caving in and neighbors don’t pick up their poop. 😒

Vita was amazing!! She worked so hard so fast to get me into an apartment the next day!! Definitely go and see her and let her work her magic!! She’s changing lives and doesn’t even realize it!! So so grateful!!

I’ve had a good experience living at this apartment complex, and I’m still currently a resident. The community is mostly quiet and comfortable. I recently had a few concerns, and I brought them to Vita in the leasing office. She handled everything professionally, promptly, and made sure my issues were fully taken care of. Thank you to Vita.

Vita is very nice. Made sure to ensure me with much help as needed. Need more people like her. She takes her job very serious. For me to have my first apartment this was definitely the best choice and the best person to talk to.

Walls have no insulation i can watch my neighbors Tv without seeing it. I hear my downstairs neighbor snoring and everything else can hear other neighbor throwing up hope hes ok. Oh ALL neighbors can hear you doing sexy exercises(if you know what i mean) i can even hear you when your tryingto softly moan so go-ahead and scream/moan loudly Cant open windows in bedroom or bathroom because the boo boo grass patch infront of windows where booboo marinates and will have your bedroom smelling like a dirty pamper hidden up under your bed. dog owners dont picjk up behind their dogs 😤 wish management would fine them big $$ for this. As long as they dont go up in rent its worth it but if they go up anymore I GUARANTEE you could find the same thing as here at afew other places the management and ma
