I sold my home to them because I lived a long way off and had terrible experiences with my property manager. I had tons of questions and they quickly and honestly answered all of them. I later had a loan process that had questions and Glenda answered them directly and got them everything they needed to get the loan processed! There was a part of my contract that was abnormal to their normal loan paperwork and they missed it and it caused a situation that could have been bad but Glenda was such a professional and did everything that I could have asked and fully met their end of the bargain as quickly as possible while still taking care of their home buyer.
