Willis Manor

My mother in law and father in law live here and this is the worst place you can live. It’s full of drug activity. The whole building is infested with bed bugs and roaches. My inlaws were evicted bc they ended up with bedbugs that they got from inside the building. In-laws are calling hud complaints and hud attorney and the health department my in laws should not be evicted bc they got bugs from inside the building. They got no warning to clean them up or anything. Elsie is a horrible person. She wouldn’t give my in laws time to try and get rid of the bed bugs. They did not know they had bed bugs until they got their eviction notice!!!! Bedbug manor needs to be shut down. I will never ever recommend!!!!!!

Very old and outdated kind of feel, but the people are friendly!

I base my 5-star review on the great people who live there. I had the privilege of participating in Vineyard Community Church of Richmond's Thanksgiving Outreach and meeting a lot of the Manors residents.

Mother lives here they don't do much to the apartments. Her phone jack in the wall isn't working I told them about a month ago still isn't fixed haven't even came and looked at it. And they haven't painted her apartment sense she has be there.and say it's getting bad for drugs around there.

People that live here, are very friendly. They keep up on any kind ,pest control, inspection on your apartment.
