Ash Park Apartments

I lived here for 2 1/2 years and it is in a great neighborhood. The pool was clean most of the time and it's decently maintained. The management was great until M&M collections took over. I went to submit my 30 day notice (I was month to month without a lease paying an additional $100 a month) and the office staff tried to say I had to give a 60 day notice and only honored the 30 day notice because I showed them an email of them saying that's all that's required essentially making them eat their words. Then after moving out I spent days cleaning the unit and $100 making it perfect and renting a carpet cleaning machine and they then charged me a $150 cleaning fee claiming pet odor and the carpet had stains (it didn't) neither of which was true and upon disputing the charge the office staf

Ash Park Apartments is a wonderful place to live. It is a super cute 1 story apartment complex in a peaceful neighborhood. The office staff is amazing! Anytime I needed anything they were on it! I have several friends that I have referred.

I lived at ASS park for one year. To start, I did not have hot water in my kitchen sink from day one, and they have no maintenance team to fix any issues. Management is poor, very hard to get into contact with, office doors are never open during scheduled hours, they seem to run on their own time. A winter storm blew a metal chair from the office patio directly into my car, leaving extremely noticeable damage, and it was a battle to get compensation for the auto repairs needed. I was accused of “drag racing” my vehicle, and received noise complaints, simply for starting my sports car in the morning to go to work. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone under any circumstances.

Very Good place to live! Management and staff are very understanding! Places are well kept and there’s even a pool for the kiddos or yourself on the hot summer days! 100 percent recommended ash park apartments

I lived in Ash Park apartments for 3 years. Best 3 years of my life, I recently moved out and I already miss the apartment and the professional, funny, kind staff in the office. They work with you every way they can to try to make things better for you. Corporate is another story about getting your deposit back in a timely manner. I’m still waiting and I moved out a month and a half ago.
