Williams Landing and Villas Apartments

Very beautiful complex staff we're very friendly but most of all I would like to thank Ms.Michlene love for all her help along with filling out my application I really enjoyed meeting her along with the pleasant conversations she always had a smile on her face any concerns that I made have needed answers she answered all with so much understanding. No matter what the situation, she was always helpful and tended to my individual needs .

The ladies that work in the Rent office treated me so nice and helped me out with everything and filling out the application. I really enjoyed the pleasure of meeting them and working with them. I hope that I can be able to come in and live there would love to have a chance of living in the apartment.

I've had a little problem with bugs, but the office ladies are so awesome they have jumped right to helping me and seem to stay concerned about the situation. If not for the bugs it would of been 5 stars. But I dont blame anyone, because unless you can be inside each of the apartments you are not gonna see them. The office ladies and maintenance have been fabulous in trying to help me with this problem. I would give all of them 5 stars definitely. I love my apartment and im greatful to live here. Now if we could just get rid of the bugs id be so completely happy. Im not a bug person, and ive never had bugs, so i have no idea how to deal with them. They are persistent, and they dont seem to want to leave. Thank you to maintenance and the beautiful ladies in the office, im greatful for there

Updated review..I've been here almost 2 years now and I still love this apartment community...come check it out..you won't regret it. This is a great, small community complex for 55 and over and veterans. It is quiet, with friendly neighbors. The staff, Myra , Micheline and Cassy, are awesome and care about any of your concerns. They also try to keep activities for the residents throughout the month. Nice swimming pool and small exercise room available to enjoy. Also has a nice small lake with fountain spout with ducks and turtles to watch and relax at and a nice little garden area. Great place to live.

we are so thankful for this place, that we could have the opportunity to enjoy living in this apartment! the apartment we have is clean and everything is ready to be used. The people who work in the office are so nice and very friendly, even since we started to apply Ms Marya Soto always willing and ready to help us and made our process seem so easy and enjoyable! we really are blessed with all the help and the information.
