Ben is the absolute best at what he does! He is extremely thorough with very detailed reports and great recommendations. Great communication, timely and professional. We worked with him on the purchase of our home. The seller of the property we purchase was so impressed with him that he hired him to inspect one of his properties. We are now working with him again for our in-laws townhouse. I recommend him 100%, his fee is fair (and in my opinion low for how great his work is)!!

Ben is unbelievable in the BEST way possible. His level of knowledge and not only that but his compassion is unmatched by any other company like his I've used. Ben came out to my sister's house after hurricane Milton due to wet walls and carpets in BOTH kids' bedrooms and he made a really tough process WAY easier and made us feel confident in what needed to be done. I can't recommend Ben and his team enough for storm damage related inspections. He's hands down the best around and doesn't have an ego, doesn't sugarcoat the details but he also has the patience and empathy to explain what he finds and walk you through it all.
