After having our condo on the market for over a year with a different agent, we took it off the market. I got a mailer from Bill and ended up trying to sell again with him. Bill marketed the condo well using channels that people shop with these days - namely the internet. He had professional photos taken and got it out there on sites like Zillow and Yahoo homes. Quickly people began to request showings and we received a couple of offers on it over several months. Our condo had a number of issues that made it challenging and time intensive to show and to sell and it wasn't worth much relative to other properties on Bill's plate.
