I recently worked with Dave on both the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. Dave was knowledgeable and personable throughout the entire 3 month process, from the initial walkthrough of the goals and timeline to signing the final paperwork. He was always available to answer questions and he was able to work with our schedule when it came to viewing houses.
