I had an appointment for an appraisal scheduled with Henry Ford. Confirmed the appointment twice. Each time, Henry said he would be there. Half an hour after the appointment, Henry had not shown up. When I called him, he stated that he was waiting for my tenant to call. I told him that that was not what was originally agreed. He then stated that he was canceling my appointment because he was doing me a favor! Highly disappointed in his service and would not recommend at all
