Meleco Property Management

They are so unprofessional. We called we had everything looked at for a house and we even looked at the house. Our credit meets their standards but they told us they would call us back when they got in office and now they are closed. We’ve been waiting for a call back for days. I am highly disappointed. It’s like they don’t want their houses to be bought or rented.

I filled out an application and got all the proper documents to them in a timely manner, my credit score was excellent. I got approved by meleco to rent for a house up to 2300 monthly in rent... but got passed over for a house because they said that somebody more qualified got the house and they was just waiting on them to finish the paperwork.

Never in my history of renting have I been given the number to the contractor that was supposed to fix something, in order to get any updates or any information. The number was given to me by Meleco, (by forwarding an email from the contractor) I guess communicating with their tenants is to much work to handle. When the rental company did communicate, it was in an unprofessional manner, so I guess they did me a service in passing me over to the direct contact. I will never recommend this company and look forward to finding a new place soon!!!

They are really nice and when I got locked out of my home they offered to come and open the door for me. The only problem is that I feel a bit rushed for my rent cause I get payed once a month and there is no “Grace Days” so to say for people in my problem. I work for the state you could at lease give a two day grace period.

My experience with Meleco has been excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the area and make the process of renting seamless. They always respond to questions in a timely manner. The business owners and staff have been courteous, friendly, and informative in all face-to-face and electronic communication. I have been very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them to everyone.
