Wildwood Preserve Apartments

When we moved in February 2024, we had an issue with the Internet where the Ethernet cable was faulty that runs behind the drywall from the MBR closet to the access point in the living room. After having numerous Spectrum technicians out, the final one finally told me it was a faulty cable, and that a low-voltage electrician should come out to replace it. I forwarded this information to the leasing office. I was told that I would receive a credit for the amount of the price of Internet ($100 monthly) until the issue was resolved. The issue was never resolved, and now my family is ready to move out. I would strongly caution anyone considering living here. For the past 24 months, we have been paying $100 per month for internet that we have never been able to fully use due to improper wiring inside the walls. Management acknowledged that the wiring was done incorrectly and told us an electrician would need to rewire the unit. The assistant property manager personally offered us a full credit for every month until the issue was fixed. Two years later, the wiring has still not been repaired. Instead of honoring the credit that was promised, management is now refusing to provide it. They are claiming we “voided” the credit because we moved the access point in an attempt to get partial internet service — something we were never told we couldn’t do. James is a great maintenance man. Anytime I need something done he fixes really quickly. He also is my neighbor so if I need something he is always there to help. Wildwood Preserve is great to have a guy like James. He has made my stay here so much better. He even fixed my AC once at three in the morning. He goes above and beyond. Saul and the front desk is also very kind and helpful. I love living here
