Jadah and Adriana are very helpful!!! Between Ms. Adriana helping us through the process of Application, Touring, giving us a nice quote and all of the important document details and Ms. Jadah playing a round of “20 questions” with us we feel completely secure in our process of moving in and the majority of the rules and other important questions!!! I’ve had a great experience living at West Village Luxury Apartment Homes. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The staff is always kind and professional. Jaida especially has been amazing — she’s always helpful, caring, and goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and supported. She’s always there when I need help, and she communicates clearly and solves things quickly. She’s truly the best person to go to for anything, and I really appreciate how dedicated she is. It’s nice having staff who genuinely care about the people who live here. Highly recommend! 😊

If there were 10 stars... I'd punch 10! WOW!!! I've only been here a few days but WHAT A DIFFERENCE between every apartment I have EVER lived in! (I'm 78) Adriana, the Property Manager spent extra time with me showing me how to use all the "fancy gadgets," that I had never even SEEN before! They have one app that controls every facet of your life at West Village. IT CONTROLS EVERYTHING!!! (unfortunately, it does not flush the toilet for you) BUT IT DOES EVERYTHING ELSE!!! Safety of the residents is important here. Just about everything is locked unless you have this cute little button that opens every door in the joint! No one can get itside the building without it! I have a one bedroom and I have more drawers and closets in the bathroom and kitchen that I could EVER possibly fill. T

The managing company is run by an incompetent and rude individual who very openly ignores and disregards any concerns you have as a resident. She should not be in any type of management or customer service position, whatsoever. Do not be fooled by the "Luxury apartment" label. I have lived in many apartment complexes throughout Florida, Texas, and California. I have never experienced the lack of professionalism I have experienced at West Village Luxury Apartments. If you have a dog, definitely do not choose this property based on the presence of a dog park. The dog park is infested with dog waste, bugs and ant piles making it an unsafe environment for you and your dog. Even outside of the dog park, diseases are spread from one animal to another because stool is within ten feet at any point
