Beware the bait & switch. We were looking for a one month rental next winter and started discussions with RE/Max. These $$$ are all BASE price. The web site lists our selected property @ $145 per night. They emailed me @ $177 per night, Now the price is $211 per night. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Bait & switch.??..I don't know; you tell me.
