Whitney Towers Apartments

I’ve lived here the last two years and the experience has been wonderful! The maintenance and staff is so friendly and always quick to help. The building has comfortable amenities like the business center if you’re wfh and common room if you’re hosting some friends/fam for a party/event(plus several other amenities). The building is located on the main street so you have access to the library, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The place is close to Charles river and the beautiful trails so you’re basically surrounded by nature, while living in a safe and a peaceful area. Plus, having a balcony is always great for sunsets/sunrises. Highly recommend!

Whitney Towers is a wonderful place to live. The concierge service that Alex gives to the tenants is remarkable. She helps everyone that comes through her door. Be it a tenant or delivery person. She is super friendly, most knowledgeable and always available. There is a really nice superintendent living on premises that has proudly worked there 30 years. He is always ready to help. The owners nurture a community spirit in the building. Everyone you meet that lives there is friendly. The amenities are also outstanding. Indoor pool, ping pong table, pool table, yoga studio, basket ball, and more. A large room for tenants to gather and a small wifi room with printer. I moved into a studio at Whitney Towers on Main Street this January, and overall, I’m very happy with the place. Everything is really well maintained, and the apartment layout makes great use of space. Plus, there's tons of natural light, which I love. The building staff is absolutely amazing. Everyone I've interacted with, both staff and neighbors, has been super friendly and helpful. It really adds to the feeling of home. Facilities are a big plus here too. I'm especially enjoying the gym, warm pool, and the business office, which is perfect for working from home. I lived in Whitney 31 Spring St, and it’s easily the best apartments that I’ve ever lived in the US. The location is great, the bus stop is 5 min walk and there are several restaurants/cafes and trails that are stone throw away distance. The apartment size is really huge (~840 Sq. Ft) and has a patio too. My only complaint was that the kitchen area is very small. It’s family owned and maintained, they are very professional and prompt to respond, and all maintenance requests gets resolved in 1-2 days. Spring Street residents need to walk a few min to access to the Gym, and the Pool but that was not necessarily a concern for me. I was so sad to have left, but I’d totally consider living there if I relocate back to the Boston area!

I have been known this building for more than two years since my friends moved in here. We already liked the building back then, and this year we moved into it ourselves. The staff was friendly and the move went smoothly. All the amenities that are in the building and which are located in the center of Watertown only confirm that I made the right decision. The children are delighted with the indoor pool, exercise equipment and basketball court. I recommend it to everyone.
