White Oak Park Apartments

I would like to start off by saying I myself have never lived in these apartments. But my review is based off of my sister's experience and my time at her apartments. She's lived here twice, once when I was in high school about 18 years ago. And then she recently just moved out of this complex. Maybe a year ago, but she was there for about 6 years. Also almost A total of 12 years. I think but in that time this property has always been very clean. Very well kept. I have nothing but good memories here. Now I'm myself am the supervisor for maintenance at a different apartment complex. I have always appreciated the way that this complex looks. I know each one has their problems. But this one's always done a good job in my book. Keep up the great work and good luck.

Six years here. It was peaceful, calm, and well-managed. I like the attentive manager, Julie, because she's strictly business and no nonsense. I think if you're lazy, dirty, throwing cigarette butts on the ground, she probably annoys you because she's immediately in your business about it. For the rest of us, this is a good thing. It's been 6 years and I have had 3 major maintenance issues (problem floor, fridge died) and 2 minor ones (A/C went out entirely due to roof unit). Every issue resolved within a day or three. They even brought us portable A/C during that rough patch. The fluctuating LG&E bill is really the part to stay prepared for. Cheap months are $90-110, but the rough months have gotten all the way to $220. So if your budget is tight, you have to make room for that and be

The first time I lived at these apartments was mid-late 2000s for 2 years, and the second time was these past 5 years. I literally never had any problems with management or maintenance. They have always been helpful and attentive to my needs. During the height of the pandemic, when I was struggling to pay my bills and had no clue what to do, Julie even pointed me in the direction of places I could request help from. I just moved out recently and had no issues with the move out either. These guys are fabulous... they are real humans who actually care about their job and the people they do it for. If it weren't for my need of a bigger home and desire for my own yard, I would have stayed longer. Thank you guys so much for making my time at whiteoak peaceful and pleasant!

I have lived at White Oak for 13 years. I survived the Lori, Shannan, & Patrick years. The interior of the Apartments have been nice and spacious, but the exterior had definitely seen better times. Once Patrick left a real effort was made to make this property look and feel amazing again with a new manager Darryl. Darryl worked his butt into the ground to turn this property around after Patrick pretty much let it go to the skuds. (Literally the worst property manager ever). I am so happy the new property manager Julie is continuing Darryl’s hard work and really cares about this place. And it shows. Both my cousin and his mother in law livid in a few different apartments in white oak all of which were extremely beautiful and very relaxed environment. They did regular big sprays I think the whole three years we saw two spiders and a water bug. I would defiantly recommend. Great management great people and all around great place to live. My husband and I will be putting in our app in the next two week
