Whispering Lakes Apartments

This was my favorite apartment! It was perfect for just me and the front office was so friendly and efficient. The pool area was amazing and I never had any issues. Would definitely recommend living here. I was sad to move out!

I moved into this apartment blind. The landlady is very kind and attentive. For the area and space I feel the pricing is about on point. Couple issues that needed maintenance to come by, but they managed to fix it and get everything back to normal. Highway traffic little loud, if you get one set back some ways you will be very well off. Not giving it the last star because it didn't "wow" me like a couple of apartments I've had before at similar price points. I would highly recommend for a starter!

My boyfriend and I lived here for 6 years until we bought our house. Management was always on point and handled any issues that arose swiftly. It's quiet and everyone that we came across was friendly. The ONLY thing that I had an issue with was the stop sign was removed. I think that it should be put back up. Also, just my opinion, speed bumps are needed. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time living at Whispering Lakes. I honestly recommend living there if you're looking for apartments.

I absolutely loved calling Whispering Lakes my home for the time of my tenancy. Prime location right by M-59 with I-75 being a quick trip as well. Michelle, Maria and every staff member we interacted with were always kind and so helpful. Maintenance is wonderful and addresses any issues quickly. I loved the seasonal landscaping and holiday decorations - it makes the entire complex even more beautiful and welcoming. The unit itself was immaculate, spacious and SO quiet! Loved having in-unit laundry. We experienced one lease renewal with an extremely reasonable rent increase (honestly barely an increase at all) and overall I would say you get great bang for your buck with the rent at Whispering Lakes compared to so many other landlords out there. We appreciate Whispering Lakes for everything

The best apartments I've stayed in, going on 3 years living here. Everyone in the office and maintenance are friendly! Apartments are kept in great condition. Rarely do I have any issues, but when I do they're quick and responsive. Great place to live!
