Timely snow and ice removal is a basic operational requirement and a significant liability concern. Sidewalks should be cleared promptly during winter weather to ensure resident and visitor safety. As someone who works in property management, I am very familiar with industry standards and expectations. Unfortunately, this community is not meeting those standards. Communication is consistently lacking—emails often go unanswered unless followed up on repeatedly, and responses are delayed or incomplete. In-person interactions in the leasing office have also been disappointing. Staff members are frequently unwelcoming and dismissive, which reflects a clear lack of customer service training and professionalism. I do have to say that Randy was amazing! He went above and Beyond for me and I am not even a resident Yet.. he's actually went above what most leasing agents would more than once. He was polite and well spoken and seems to understand and listen! Hes thoughtful. He alone makes me want to lease with this complex regardless of any prior complaints. I see potential here with him and Kinberly they are awesome and are a great team.!

We moved in on May 13th after viewing 7 other apartments. Here are the reasons we chose Whispering Hills and our up to date experience. First contact was with Ervin, took our call and scheduled our viewing same day! Wow. Then we met Jessica, bilingual in Spanish with that home charm. Finally we met Ashley and she was more than accommodating with our move in status ASAP! ... Ervin was the main reason we chose Whispering Hills. We felt heard, not pressured, reassured and welcomed by his customer service. Then... the views and amenities ! Pool, jacuzzi, Gym 24/7, hallelujah! We have a park for a backyard with deer walking and all! I'm gonna let the pictures do the rest! We absolutely love Whispering Hills and feel blessed to have found this ❤️ home.

Update- Every repair we have requested continues to get ignored, also our complex hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. They also need to be investigated for segregated apartment complexes AND DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES IN 2025, it’s like ours is deliberately being neglected and this is where they keep placing POC. This is absolutely ridiculous. Packages keep getting stolen from complexes, halls smell like marijuana, etc. DO NOT MOVE HERE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER APARTMENTS AROUND!!! I WILL BE MOVING OUT. Over the years, I’ve watched this apartment complex fall apart day by day. The pool is dirty and filters don’t work. I’d be surprised if they put chlorine in the pool and spa. There isn’t even anything to clean the water with. It’s been years and they still haven’t replaced the tools to clean the po

Don't move into building 240. Over a month before our lease ended it got invested with roaches. They sprayed our apartment 5 times and we still saw them. I cant speak for the other buildings they might be fine but I had to throw away so much just to make sure we didnt bring them to our new place. Maintenance people are great but they are short staffed/have a lot to do so it can take time if you need anything fixed.
