John Wheeler is the most dishonest person I’ve ever met in my life. He try to manipulate us in our lease when we were clearly released of it. I would not recommend this man to the devil. He deserves everything he gets. He has failed miserably and I hope it follows them to the last day of his life. There should be a no star rating that’s what he would get.

Wheeler intends to convert their preferred shares to notes. The preferred shares had a liquidation value of $25 but wheeler offers only $16 a share at the conversion. The preferred shares were to pay a quarterly dividend of 6% APR. I bought the preferred shares in January 2020 and never collected a dividend. I regret having invested in this company.

very unprofessional, seems they don’t care about anything but making excuses when they mess up and blame it on other companies. we will never recommend this real estate management company to any of our clients. they lied to me personally and to our company and attempted it, but they did say sorry.
