Westwood Reserve Apartments

I moved here on June 28, 2025, into one of their upgraded 2/2 and I've had nothing but a great experience. Jose in the front office was a pleasure to work with since I submitted my application on April 3, 2025. He made the move in process smooth and easy. Kept the communication flowing. I was unable to see the apartment before moving in and was so surprised at how beautiful it was. The gates did not work at first, but now that they switched everything over, we have an app that we use to get in the back gate, pool, gym, etc. It has been peaceful and quiet for my son and I. I came from Veranda at Westchase after almost 4 years and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I took a tour with Zoe who was so sweet, professional, and made me excited about having good relationships in the leasing office that I can rely on. She explained move-in specials, how to get my best price and the unit which most fit my preferences, and she navigated the community and all of my questions really wisely despite being new in her role. While I exceed Westwood Reserve’s pet policy, I would recommend the community and fingers crossed that when you tour, you’re lucky enough to get Zoe as your leasing agent!

This is my second time living in this complex and I’ve always loved it. It’s always quiet, clean for the most part, the apartments are nice, the staff is cool and easy to work with. Any time I’ve had any issues, I’ve requested maintenance through the app and they always come out quickly to fix whatever it is, it always impresses me because I’ve heard of other complexes waiting months for repairs so it’s nice it’s not that way here. The pool area is nice and modern, I love being out there. A few down sides really is the pile of rubble or trash that’s out near where the volleyball area used to be is kind of an eye sore for this community and the pool water collects a lot of dirt, I’ve grabbed the net a few times to clean it myself but it’s common when you have trees around. What can I say about Westwood Reserve…. too much to start off with, but I’ll give you a little bit. I used to live here and I missed it so much that I just recently moved back. I love it here. There is no other place. I would rather be José and Claudia are the best I hope they never leave and they need raises every time. I have a problem I come in and they take care of me right away. If you wanna move to a good place that is secure safe and fun and clean and take care of your every need this is the place.

Just moved in in January and I am so thankful to have found this place!!! I work from home so my environment is everything. I love the community with everyone walking the dogs, My son can ride on sidewalk, New pool and THE PEACE AND QUIET!!!. Amarelys and Team were awesome through process. You put in a maintenance request and its handled in less than 24 hrs. No pests of any kind…i was traumatized in my last apartment! I have the updated 2bdr 2 bath unit thats like a townhome and its so modern and beautiful!!! Loactions is amazing with everything close to you. They take care of the community atmosphere (rules and regs) and quickly handle any issues. SO HAPPY!!!
