Westwood Apartments

Lived here in 2022 and had an great renovated apartment. No bug . Only chickens outside roaming around. The lady in the office was soo nice when it was time for me to move out

I’ve lived here for almost 8 years and the changes I’ve seen are tremendous. The complex has been sold 3 times during this period and this new owner is by far the best. Things have started to change-for the better. Maintenance staff being hired are more knowledgeable and more helpful. The office staff are polite and willing to assist as far as they can. I’ve seen some of the apartments that have been renovated and they are awesome!! Residents have a right to a clean and quiet space and this is being worked on, the late night noise is being eliminated, outside lights are being replaced. As I said, changes are being made.

Worst place I’ve ever lived. Roaches big as your palm. Maintenance is extremely unprofessional they rig up everything. Pest control never sprays but it’s included in rent. Gun shots all night long. Cars always getting broken into. You can hear everything your neighbor does. The property managers will lie to you in a heartbeat. One of them is cool the other one is just there. They don’t take responsibility for anything. Also the owners are horrible at communicating. If you want to be lied to and feel like you’re in the hood for high rent this the place for you. But I’d live in my car before I live here ever again. In the words of bubba TRASH.

These apartments have the worse water issues. The water caused my fish to die and they want way too much for rent. Roaches and I mean, big roaches stay out in the foyer and in your house. They will not give back the deposit u put up because they add up costs you don’t know anything about. That’s not an up to date apartment…not worth the time. That’s why they have about 5 tenants. Neverrrrrrrr

Avoid this place off at all possible. I’ve lived here a year and it is not worth the stress! Cars have been robbed and there are NO cameras or anything. You will hear gunshots often. The maintenance is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! There is no consistent communication between maintenance team and the office staff. I have had problems with my kitchen fridge leaking onto the floor since I moved in, it still has not been fixed. I am moving out today. I knew 3 months in this place was not going to get another year out of me! The office staff with exception of Maureen are rude and unprofessional smh. The pool was horrible, I went swimming @ 12 got out at 2 was sick at 7pm same day and was not the only one. The maintenance and crime is the reason I will mot be staying. It should not take 2 months for an i
