America's Home Place - Albany, GA

My husband and I are starting to think about buying a home as well as the possibilities of building our own. We called AHO and talked to Bailey today and not only did he answer all of our questions, he provided excellent customer service as well. We feel much better after having talked to him, it definitely steered us in the right direction!

When my wife and I started the home building process we were referred to America’s Home Place by a family friend, so we decided to make the trip up to Albany and meet with them. Upon arriving to America’s Home Place we met with Bailey a salesman and I immediately knew we had made the right decision. David is a super easy to talk to guy and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the home building process. I was very impressed with his knowledge of their processes, the company’s assistance to homeowners in deciding on features and their ability to customize our existing house plans. First.....David Snyder is amazing, not a day went by that we were not in contact with him, making plans, getting things lined up and making sure everything was in order.... We had a few change orders and he fixed them on the spot with no fuss!!!! He kept my property clean and i was never once ashamed to show my house and its progress to friends and family. Everyone warned me and my wife after 25 years of marriage, building a house was going to be our biggest challenge as a couple. Not with American Home Builders and Mr. David at the controls. The crew in the Albany location was also amazing!!! They worked with Mr. David and took a house plan we "kinda liked" and turned it into the house me and my wife have dreamed about for 25 years.
