I purchased a custom home built by Westview/Ron Iacono. The interior of the home was amazing with the colors, fixtures and appliances used. However, Ron was completely unprofessional in the fact that he would not return phone calls, he refused to do a blue tape walk through prior to taking occupancy. Ron encouraged us not to get an inspection “because it’s a new home” so there’s nothing wrong. The inspector found a few issues that didn’t pass code as well as the fact that there was no insulation in the attic. Defective issues were added to the contract (REPC) which were to be completed within forty/five days after closing. Closing was continued four different times, all due to Ron.
