So, while admittedly, reverse mortgages are geared to a particular niche (you probably know who you are), the choices among mortgage companies are almost limitless. That said, Reverse Freedom Mortgage appears, hands down, the most customer service-oriented. Chad Peck is far and away the most responsive and "Johnny-on-the-Spot" mortgage company representative I have encountered ever. He was never more than a 5 minute phone call away at virtually any hour and, with very few exceptions, always had accurate answers to my ongoing and nuanced questions. And the few he was unable to immediately answer followed in short order. The process from application date to closing date was right in the 30 day range and I truly cannot emphasize the proverbial hand-holding that went on during that time f

Chad and his team were great to work with! From the initial informative meeting we went to, through the entire loan process, they helped us every step of the way. He has reached out twice, since we closed on our loan in November, to see ensure that everything was good and or if we had any questions or concerns. It has been a great experience and with a portion of the funds we received from our Reverse Mortgage, were planning a 3 week trip to Europe!
