Westshore Marina Flats

I’ve lived here for about 3 years now. The previous management was great to me for the most part and really kept up with the community. However, a new company took over the complex about 3-4 months ago right before hurricane helene and Milton and it’s been a train wreck. All maintenance orders have been a disaster with no communication whatsoever. They claimed they inspected all AC units after the flooding and had to order parts, but a month later of no AC, we had to put in maintenance order for our broken unit… because they didn’t know ours never worked. They also are terrible about keeping the community clean. All the dog pet stations have not been maintained since they took over. The trash for the used doggie bags has been filled up prior to the flooding, has sat THROUGH the flood, and

If I could rate this place 0 I would! I lived here for two years. The walls are incredibly thin, Maintence is awful and the apartment is a wreck all together. My washer was broken for 6 months, I got tired of calling them because all they would do patch it up. The parking lot has not been fixed since I moved in. I moved out and returned my keys on the 24th of July. I have yet to hear anything from the company. Management answers the phone when they feel like it. They are over charging on these run down apartments. The paint is falling off the wall, mold is revealing underneath the white pant that they used to fix it up. I would highly not recommend and I wish I would have referred to the reviews instead of given this place a chance.

An excellent place, spacious, comfortable apartments, quite central to go to the beach. Totally recommended, it is a good experience to live in these properties.

I've been here over a year. I really like the apartment, the area but my issue is the ceilings above my head. I can hear every footstep, stomp, door slam, conversation and this is early in the morning, all throughout the day and night. It's traumatizing and torturous!!!! I've complained about this before. I also have recordings of it because I'm fed up. The floors for the above neighbors need to be padded for sound proof. It's a penalty for me to move upstairs having to pay more in rent and go through the application process all over again. I plan to move before my lease is up. Would not recommend moving here unless you're moving upstairs.

Recently moved to Westshore Flats during the move in process the leasing agent were helpful and professional which made the move easy for the renter. The apartment was clean and up to date. I did have a maintenance request which was resolved in less than 24hrs. Ty from the leasing office did a follow up with me to make sure the request was fixed. She was very attentive and kind. So far I’m very happy with Westshore Flats!!
