Westshore is so great I almost don’t want to share this review! I can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex! From the moment we moved in, it’s felt like home. One of the biggest highlights is the absolutely beautiful backyard—lush, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Even better, there’s direct access to the river, which makes it feel like a private little escape right outside your door. The staff here are genuinely kind and helpful, always going the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. The amenities are top-notch—from the fitness center to the community spaces, everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. We love the Westshore Colonies! We’ve lived here for 1.5yr and we’ve recently bought our first house so we’ll be moving out soon. We’re bittersweet about leaving because we’ll miss the beautiful private river access, our friends, and the staff. We would walk over to the leasing office if we ever needed something and Katie has always been very kind and helpful. The maintenance crew guys are so cool and they’ll be there the next day if we had any issues. It’s a very tight-nit community and everyone is so friendly. We’ve never had any issues and always felt safe. After living in a few apartment complex’s, I can easily say WSC is my absolute favorite 10/10! It’s so beautiful here, we’ll miss it ❤️

I truly can’t say enough good things about this apartment community and the management team. Katy, Chris Damron, David, and Chris are all incredible at what they do and genuinely care about the residents. From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and kind, and they consistently go above and beyond to make this a great place to live. The property itself is beautiful, with amazing views, great amenities, and a cozy, homey vibe that makes you actually enjoy coming home. Five years and I am still in love with this place! The team feels like family, maintenance is amazing and always on time, and the grounds look like a postcard. Waking up the the river view never gets old and I would be heartbroken if I ever had to leave. Best apartment I have ever lived in!
