I was very pleased with my selection of the Smartt team to sell our property. I truly believe the advice we received helped us to maximize our proceeds from the sale by developing a proper pricing strategy. Communications were fantastic all through the process. This was very important as we needed to manage this sale from a considerable distance. Patti and her team are amazing! Patti helped us find a rental home in a very short timeframe when we first moved and then found our dream home for us to buy several months later. Came down from Colorado to look at houses for 4 days. Met Patti and she took us around to some houses that we had picked out online to look at. Shared our thoughts with her on each one as we went along. She used her knowledge, using our thoughts, and gave us a few suggestions on other areas. Before the end of the first day we had found the house of our dreams and bought it. It felt like we had known her for years! She helped us get a killer deal on a brand new house. Even the salesman of the property builder had heard of her before although he had never met her. I recommend her 100%.
