Westridge Apartments

Don’t move out here. I moved out here 7-5-2019. I’m currently looking to move. They can’t keep a leasing manager out here, they don’t answer the phone we have to call the assembly across the street to even get help. They don’t clean the carpet , I have things that have yet to be fixed in my apartment since 5-13-2020. I have an ongoing issue with my neighbor downstairs and they have yet to fix it. We got one trash can and we get charged sewer fees but the trash gets picked up literally three times a month. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do not move out here. The only thing they take care of is the damn grass! They keep it watered and groomed. As far as their tenants they do not care ! I’m really sick and tired of this place ! Do not move here! They charge your water based off how many people live in your home, the square ft of the apartment and how many apartments are vacant! When you move they charge you for normal wear and tear like carpet cleaning and painting! They don't do any maintenance They tell you, you have to buy the stuff and do it yourself! It's terrible! They kept my balance I had on my account and my deposit when I moved! It was over 1300! They won't call or email me back!

I like living out here decent quiet clean we just need another trash can and a pool possibly or a bigger playground for children.

Landlord is very personable with one particular tenant, everyday seems like it's a note on your door for something,landlord clocks the cars that are parked in the parking lot and watches the mail lady put mail in your box ,there's no privacy at all !!!

It’s unprofessional to me to pick and choose which tenant you’re going to favoritism because they’re in EVERY ONE’S business telling you all what they think they know about someone! THERE IS NO PRIVACY IN YOUR OWN APARTMENT! WOULDN’T REFER NO ONE TO MOVE OUT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEONE TRYING TO BE ALL IN YOUR BUSINESS OR GOING TO THE RENT OFFICE A MILLION TIMES ON YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
