Honestly, it was the worst experience of my life. We were put in an apartment different from the one we requested. Mind you, it was also more expensive as well. The second bathroom in this apartment had a very steady leak and very obviously had mold once the new paint job smell faded. Not to mention the mushrooms growing on the side of the wall. I got sick within the first week of staying there. It took 3 weeks for them to fix the leak, and in that time, roaches had started coming into the apartment. They refused me a transfer when the month was nearly over. I had to tell them it was a financial issue to stay in the apartment, and I needed a different one asap. I’ve lived in this for 16 months. It started out bad. But not horrible. Owned by a company. They never fixed anything. Got foreclosed and bought by parawest management group. Still not fixing anything. Call in for maintenance orders and get ignored. Haven’t been able to use my second bathroom fully cause the shower won’t shut off. My toilet has been not able to flush for a year. Have to manually take of cover to get it to flush. Water leaks from the ceiling from bathroom above and goes into my AC filter and floods my hall bathroom and hall way. NOW I have a rodent infestation. I emailed them now 3 days ago and told them about the mice. I had to ask them how much rent was cause it varies every month. Never know what you’re going to pay. And told them I couldn’t leave work cause they wanted

This is our second apartment after moving from Hot Springs, AR in the span of one month. We come from the neighboring Coronado Apartments (checkout my review for them to see why we moved) and the difference is night and day! Jamie, the staff member who we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with during our move, has been just wonderful! Both the apartments themselves and the complex as a whole are neat and tidy. They also have a rather large pool. Overall, a pretty swell place to call home!

Our AC was broken for 3 weeks, windows broken, side of the building literally fell off, I would rather live under a bridge honestly

Our daughter is renting an apartment here until her lease is up and if she could get out any sooner she would! These are horrible apartments! DO NOT RENT from these apartments. She put in several maintenance requests in the year she was there and nothing ever got fixed. They have severe flooding issues that ruined her personal items, couch and table. The sinks were overflowing so bad with old food and grease and just flowed out onto the floor in the kitchen, dining room and made its way into the living room because the managers could not be reached over the weekend. Their “emergency” line just went straight to voicemail all weekend and our daughter left message after message and even contacted her on Facebook. Absolutely no response.
