Oak Manor Villas

I’ve had a great experience living here. The community is quiet, well-kept, and the neighbors have been friendly, which has made it feel like a comfortable place to call home. Management has been consistently helpful and responsive anytime I’ve had a question or an issue. They’ve also been very understanding when life happens—most recently, we were going to be a little late on rent, and they were kind enough to waive the late charge. That meant a lot and showed genuine professionalism and compassion. Maintenance has also been quick to respond and resolve requests, which makes a big difference day-to-day. Overall, we’re very happy here and would like to stay for a long time.

I've been at Oak Manor since July 2025 and I'm glad we ended up here. The townhome setup is nice. Really feels like homes. Love it. Everything's been in good shape since I moved in. Feels like it's brand new still. The thing I didn't expect is how much it actually feels like a community. People wave when they see you, say hey in passing, just friendly. Just great people all around. Staff has been great too. If something needs fixing, maintenance gets on it. Management communicates and follows through, which honestly shouldn't be rare but it is. I'd recommend Oak Manor to anyone looking in Big Spring. Good place, good people. I feel very lucky to be here and can't say enough good things!

Living at Oak Manor Villa’s in Big Spring TX, is not like any other complex we’ve ever rented. My husband subcontracts for a turbine company. Therefore, We follow the job, and have lived in many, many different rental properties. To date; Oak Manor Villa’s has managed to outshine the assortment of properties we’ve rented in the past. This property is secluded, on the outskirts of town, while still convenient to amenities. It’s extremely quiet, as well as, exceptionally managed. (Marci), the manager, is not only charming, she is professionally efficient in every aspect. If any issues arise, they are addressed, and taken care of in an expedient manner. Ive been 4 weeks without AC or heater. Currently 32°. Also people leave trash outside their door and it’s everywhere. Also you will hear every step and shift from anybody on the second floor. Horribly built homes.

My job takes me all over the US. Therefore, it's become a challenge finding acceptable, short-term housing. Oak Manor Villas checks all the boxes. They strive to accommodate their residence, individual needs. Greatly appreciated!
