Westmeadow Peaks Apartments

Holly is amazing and the most down to earth human being! She really worked hard to get us approved, she has amazing communication and is very compassionate! I’m very happy to have come across Westmeadow peak apartments! I’m so excited to call this place home! The units are super clean and spacious! By far the nicest apartment complex in the springs/ fountain area!!

SOME OF THE WORST APARTMENTS IN THE SPRINGS, RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! These apartments are honestly so bad, I don't even know where to begin. The front desk staff is beyond awful. Every time I needed something fixed, they acted like I was a nuisance. They’re rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about residents. Don’t waste your time here.. On the topic of staff, they've had 10 NEW PEOPLE WORKING IN THE FRONT OFFICE SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE THIS YEAR ALONE. Why do they have that kind of turn-around at an apartment complex you ask? This place is an awful place to be a part of, living here or working. Bathrooms were extremely dirty moving in, mold everywhere, extremely thing walls where you can here your neighbors playing music from 12 am- 8 am, I HOPE YOU DON'T LIKE TO SLEEP AT ALL IF YOU WANT T

Just moved in today! Even though it took a while to get us moved in, the ladies (who are not at fault for the delay) at the front were very patient with us, especially with my partner who did get a whole lot of grumpy during the process. So far the kids are happy and as long as their happy we are too! Thank you ladies for being patient with us!

I had a great experience living here, even though there isn't any perfect human system, Pearl the new manager makes things work and knows her job. Satisfying her client is very important to her. She makes things happen at the right time and the right way. She is awesome, Just ask of Pearl when you call West Meadows, she is nice and she will help you out.

ABSOLUTELY CRAP MANAGEMENT!!! After changing their management company they claimed that i do not have a lease where i had and signed it with the previous company. Now they are forcing me to 500$ extra for month to month charges.
