Westlakes Apartments

I’ve lived here for a really long time and I’ve been so lucky to have wonderful quiet neighbors. The complex is close to everything and on a major bus line. I love how the landscaping and trees makes it feel like you’re in a little forest. I enjoy seeing all the cute birds and squirrels on my deck that overlooks the pond. The current residential manager Sarah is also super kind and responsive. I feel very safe living here as a woman living alone.

I have lived at Westlakes Apartments since 2015. I have appreciated the landlord keeping the prices reasonable throughout these years. I am a single, working mother. As you can imagine, affordable rent is important for me. We have a new apartment manager. Her name is Sarah. Sarah is AWESOME. She takes care of business! She responds to email and phone calls in a timely manner, she sends out informative newsletters each month and truly protects the property. She will not tolerate any kind of questionable activity on the property. Feeling safe where I rent is a priority for me and my son. I often see Sarah walking rounds on the property, ensuring things are safe and tidy. Sarah is friendly, approachable and personable. These apartments have definitely earned a 5 star review! Our apartment manager Sarah has gone above and beyond to make this place a home for us! I love the location too, we are right by capital lake where many fun events go on! It’s a nice quiet area, friendly neighbors, lots of parking, great apartment and amazing management!

I've lived here for one year so far. It is very quiet in the back corner where my unit is. There was new flooring installed right before I moved in. I appreciate the online payment option. The kids like the basketball and tennis courts. It's a great location being so close to the Capitol Lake, downtown, Tumwater, and West Olympia. My cat loves watching the ducks and squirrels. We just got a new manager who is great. She's very nice and responds quickly.

We absolutely love living here at westlakes! It's so quiet and pretty and peaceful! Maintenance responds so fast to any concerns. Resident manager Sarah is so sweet and helpful. Very grateful my daughter and I landed here. Could not be happier!
