Country Club Villas

My partner and I moved here at the start of June and our experience has been amazing. Our property manager, Pearl, was so helpful and understanding during our move-in process. She has been incredibly responsive whenever we've needed anything as well. The maintenance team is fantastic and incredibly quick to try and help with whatever we need. The property itself is situated perfectly, and we really couldn't ask for a better location. While I do with there was more parking (you have 1 assigned spot, and there aren't a lot of free spots open for if you have a second vehicle), there is a convenient amount of space along the side road to accommodate an overflow. Overall, we are so glad we decided to join this community, and very thankful that we had Pearl to help us make the transition

I have to say I couldn’t be more grateful to Pearl the property manager!!! She is AMAZING! She helped me time and again, is organized, and super on top of any maintenance needs. I am moving after living here for 8 years. Nice, quiet, friendly complex that I felt was run very well. The high ceilings and open floor plan make it feel large and warm. The location is great near just about everything(restaurants, grocery stores, retail, walking trails, parks, golf courses, etc)and right next to a park. The neighbors are super friendly and act like a community. Again, Pearl is a rockstar! If you read this Pearl you deserve every bit of praise I can send your way.

I was relocating from across the state and had some issues connecting with prospective properties, until Pearl! While I was already impressed with the great reviews and the size/location of the community, she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me. I want to point out how responsive and kind the maintenance staff are as well, even won over my non-social, stuck up cat! I work from home and the two bedroom allows me to keep home and work separate. Hope to call this tranquil community home for years to come!!

I've lived in this complex for over a year and plan on staying! I love the tall ceilings and the semi-open floor plan. Extra large living room and full size kitchen with plenty of storage space. Small-size complex that is clean, well maintained, safe, quiet, and no drauma what so ever. Neighbors are cordial. Manager is friendly, personable, professional, accessible and interested in responding to my questions and/or maintenance needs asap.

Hi, we just moved in and so I will update later, but so far the touring, leasing, and move in experience has been the best of any place that we have had. Pearl communicates so well and was very flexible with our move in circumstances. This apartment was also the cleanest an apartment has ever been upon move in.
