Western Terrace Apartments

Sadly I had a bad experience living there. I had rude noisy neighbors that I have plenty of evidence from a security camera and family. Unfortunately the property manager was biased and sided with the noisy neighbors. They also lied about the carpet. I kept the apartment clean. The carpet was clean when I moved out. I would not recommend this place. Its unfortunate, this is the first time I've had to leave a bad review for an apartment. Other places I've lived at the leasing office and property manager was great.
