Took them to small claims court , made them rewrite there contract and now waiting for settlement. Just bad customer service and management, your Amazon package are going to be stolen and parking your car in back , any damages inside the gate , your responsibility and no cameras . Only stayed there for a year , wouldn’t recommend

I lived here for years! Peggy works in the office and it such a sweet awsome woman!!!! The maintenance man always does a wonderful job as well! If there was anything I needed they were on top of things always!!! The apartments are beautiful, gated community and everything. Loved it here

I've been live here for a year and never give them any problems on anything at all, but this place they over charge you with all lots of stuff that I don't even known off. I have an order to pcs to another state on August of last year and I also gave them 6 wees notices and ask you make sure that before I leave this place make sure that I'm not owing them any money or any bills. I even return the apartment look way better shape than when I first move in, I've gave them the check list of all the stuff of things needed to be fix but never once see that happen and I don't even bother them with that. I didn't get my deposit money back even when the carpet looks brand new and took my time to clean up the apartment so they not going to charge me extra when I move out. End up, couples months down

I had a lovely time while I was there. The elevator is also very nice. There is gated parking and outside storage.

Walls are super thin so you'll hear your neighbors, but you got a lot of locations to go to.
