I emailed about application process and availability after seeing a post on zillow on sept 8. I got a call back on Sept 25th responding to that email letting me know about 2-4 week application process.. so 6 week turnaround time to hear back from the costello if your going to even be accepted. Don't waste your 45$ even trying to live here

Terrible company to do business with, the manager is very unorganized! Takes over three weeks for a credit check! After decide i was tired of her lies and excuses! Refuses to return my credit check money! Also if you go into the office I suggest you wear a mask!

Quiet and tranquil. Pet friendly (2 pet limit) with initial deposit. No pet rent. I love it here so far, but feel manager could change hours to accommodate tenants. Hours are only 830a to 430p monday through Friday (I work 8 to 430) and they serve another Costello property in Hartford so have to step out through out the day. So far so good!

I didn't expect this place to be super great since it is low income housing but I've had so many issues. My dryer didn't work when I first moved in, the upstairs smoke detector is constantly beeping even though I've changed the batteries numerous times, the front door lock is damn near impossible to lock and unlock, and I can't take a bath since the hot water doesn't last long enough to fill the tub. The property management recently changed and now it takes the dude a week to reply to an email and he never answers the phone. I'm moving in a few weeks and I can't wait to get out of here!

Office hours say on the voicemail 8 to 5 Monday through Friday but no one is there. I can never get ahold of a property manager. The maintenence guy is nice but we had -10°F air blowing under our door for like 2 weeks this winter before they got him out there and we had to call like 13 days in a row.
