I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Ray for his outstanding work today. He came out to install an exhaust fan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism. Ray went above and beyond by creating an opening, wiring everything, and ensuring the installation was seamless. The exhaust fan is not only incredibly effective, but it’s also super quiet – I’m really happy with the result. Ray, thank you so much for your hard work, courtesy, and efficiency. It’s truly appreciated.

Great area, really enjoyed my time there. Besides my car getting broken into and they have no cameras on the property and had the nerve to raise rent $100 offering no amenities.

We have mildew and damaged ceiling in the closet, the maintenance department responded and fix the issue faster than anticipated. I will have to call them again to repair damage due to a water leaking from above apartment. I am sure they will fix this issue professionally.

DONT EVER AND I MEAN EVER move here. They have a lot of mold and mildew problems along with roaches. You can never get In touch with office people or Landlord

Most of the time they don't answer the phone' put in for them to come and clean my carpet it never happen' shower' head is real real hard to turn' there are big pot holes in the parking lot' but other than that🤷🏾‍♀️
