50 West Fourth

Great experience thus far! Residents in the building are clean and quiet. Trash area is kept up and even has a hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall. Apartment is clean and modern. The only problem is the amount of noise that comes from the street. A lot more people zoom through downtown (loud sirens, loud cars, loud car alarms, loud scooters and motorcycles, loud people talking as they walk past the building, train nearby) than we anticipated. Have to sleep with earplugs if you want a good nights sleep. Hot water is limited and water pressure is really low. Building is secure but parking is a pain (have to walk back and forth to the parking garage if you don’t want to pay astronomical street parking via the apartment management company), but otherwise a nice place to live. We love our apartment! The location is walkable to so many shops and restaurants, and right by the interstate so it's easy to get around. Our apartment (and the building) are beautifully renovated and have lovely character. The office staff and maintenance are always polite and responsive. Great value considering so many utilities are included!

Absolutely LOVE living at 50 West Fourth. The building is always quiet, clean, and well taken care of. Maintenance responds quickly to take care of any issues that arise. Management communicates frequently and is also available to help at any moment. VERY nice apartments in the heart of Downtown WS at an affordable price. Would absolutely recommend living here if you are looking for a new place!

I've really enjoyed living here. The apartments are beautiful and have a lot of character. The area and building are very quiet. It's conveniently located to everything in downtown. I'm so happy I chose this place!
