While I don't agree with some of their practices, West-Ex was good to my family following the loss of my father. Beth was a lifesaver who showed us nothing but care. She went out of her way to help us and was always very pleasant whenever we stopped by the office, which most of the time was unannounced. I was very fortunate to connect with Beth early on.

Couldnt agree with Mike below more. They are living in the stone age and cant email apparently. Only way to receive any documentation is via mail. Paying maintenance is through check only. Every question asked of them is this big to do and they never have time. They are are inadequate at their job. I have requested documents on multiple occasions where they have only sent part of what was requested. When asked for the rest we were told to ask the sellers or pay for them again. They are out right rude always. I never ever write bad reviews. This company is the worst and no one should use them.

This company is deplorable. They never return phone calls, no one knows how to answer a simple question because it’s not their job to know it and they gouge you in fees for anything. Want to move in or out? That’ll be $300. Want to get a dog? That’ll be $300. Want to renovate your place? That’ll be $400. Want to rent out your place? That’ll be a 30% annual fee of your yearly maintenance. The owner, Barbara, is the absolute worst! She tends to be a bully and will never side with the shareholders. Well, except maybe with her friend, who’s on the board of one of the buildings. Which is probably why it’s so hard to drop WestEx as the managing agent. There were even a few attempted break ins and not a single word was said to anyone that they should be careful or anything! 20 cars were vandalize

The owner of West Ex ( Barbara ) is a miserable person. She is rude to everyone! My wife and two children lived in a building run by west Ex and there couldn't be worse management company. All because of Barbara. If this company is running a building you might buy in, look elsewhere!

Horrible Management. Never follow up with issues. Do absolutely below minimum to maintain property. Use incompetent Workers to attempt fixing things.
