Scarsdale Fairway Apartments

I have lived in the Scarsdale Fairway complex for 5 years and I love it. We have had nothing but a great experience. If we ever need anything our supers Nick and Tommy are extremely responsive and always get the job done promptly. They keep the grounds clean and beautiful. Susan, the property manager is very attentive and really cares about the tenants! The entire staff at Scarsdale Fairway are wonderful and we are thankful for them. The apartments are beautiful and it is a great place to raise a family !

I love living at Scarsdale Fairway! Susan, the Property Manager, is always available and responsive. She knows the complex and the residents inside and out and really cares about providing a great place to live for the residents. Nick and Tommy take great care of the property and grounds, and are always friendly and professional. They respond to maintenance requests quickly and get the job done. I’m very happy that I found this friendly and well managed community!

We’ve lived here for one year so far and love Scarsdale Fairway! The garden style apartments are comfortable and other residents are kind and respectful. Susan is a great Property Manager and is always going above and beyond to help residents. Nick and Tommy are really nice guys and top-notch superintendents. Couldn’t ask for a better team - always quick to respond and making you feel supported.

I’ve been very happy with my experience at Scarsdale Fairway and highly recommend checking this place out. The location is great with lots of different kinds of restaurants and shops close by. When we moved in, the apartment was in great condition (much cleaner compared to other apartments I have moved into). Susan was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. She was quick to respond to any messages or questions we had. The grounds are in wonderful shape and the community is really welcoming. Tommy and Nick make sure everything is running smoothly and will check in from time to time. Service requests are addressed right away!

We have been living at the Scarsdale Fairway for about a year now and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say. The whole complex is very quiet filled with many residents that really care. We have an updated and spacious 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment that has 8 closets!! Never have I seen an apartment so spacious with SO much storage space. Aside from the ample storage space and beautiful grounds of the courtyard in the complex, the BEST part of our time at the Scarsdale Fairway so far has been the AMAZING management team of Susan, Tommy and Nick. They are friendly, caring and always quick to reply/ come and help if the residents ever need anything. They never hesitate to go above and beyond and we are lucky to live somewhere with a team like them!
