West End Lofts

I’ve loved my time living here! I’ve been here for 2 years now and it continues to be a great place for me. The location is about as good as it gets, and I love being close to all the best restaurants and shops, etc. It’s surprisingly peaceful and quiet considering it’s downtown; and many of the units have a view of Boardman River and the West Bay. The units are modern and well-appointed. My neighbors are friendly and it’s a great mix of people of all ages and it’s been overall a really positive experience. Because it’s a community building, you’re going to occasionally hear your neighbors and maybe a dog bark or two, but that just comes with a territory. The building manager, Stephanie, has always been really helpful and quick to respond and works very hard to make sure everyone’s needs a

Great apartment complex.Within walking distance of everything in downtown Traverse City. The onsite apartment manager is outstanding. She address's any problems (which are few) immediately. If you enjoy living in a downtown this is the place.

Recently moved out and did not have a great experience. If you are thinking of renting here standout side and ask a couple of people who are living there what they think, it is mixed at best. Problems, 1-Parking is a mess and only getting worse. 2-Aggressive dogs are allowed and rules against certain breeds are not enforced. 3-Management often doesn't reply to emails If you want to live downtown the location is good, but overall there are better choices.

I will be forever grateful for this complex. Stephanie was super friendly and accommodating to our needs/requests and went above and beyond when we had family emergency. They have a huge garage with moving carts that make moving into the apartment so much easier. My husband and I were able to move everything in on our own. We loved living here for the proximity to the beach and downtown, super tall ceilings on the first floor unit we had, beautiful walking path behind the building with benches and dog station, and the ability to charge our electric car in the parking garage.

Lived here for 2+ years and it was a great spot to call home. The layouts are spacious and the location doesn’t get much better. Very pet friendly and nice workers/residents. I’d highly recommend.
