The Traverse City branch is closest to us, and they have always been extremely kind and helpful-going above and beyond. At our previous credit union we couldn’t hardly get ahold of the loan officers, with Team One I was able to schedule a same day appointment in just a few minutes online. I have been with Team One for years… and they have innovated online banking big time. I receive cash quickly from a FaceTime ATM, comfortably communicate my finances, and receive debit/credit cards with any design I want. As always a great experience! Jeff Harrand is by far and away one of the nicest people I have dealt with for loan services. He makes everything easy and answers every question you might have. Everyone at the bank branch is very helpful and great to work with. Team one Traverse City is the number one team , you guys are awesome!

Typical credit union . There’s not many locations but there ok. Staff at the traverse city location on the phone was very unhelpful. Was calling to get help on my loan and they were very rude and not helpful at all. They actually made it worse by not helping me and making me more confused. Pick another business.
