Allison and Betina have been so incredibly helpful during our new home search. Renting is so hard in this area because so many people are focused on high credit scores but both these ladies listened to our concerns and my husband and I felt heard and are so excited to move into our new place! They’re friendly and have answered every one of my hundreds of questions as best as they could. Our kids are really looking forward to our new home! Thanks Allison and Betina!!

My husband And I had to quickly travel from Houston to New Braunfels for work. We were in a hurry to look for a place. We didn’t want just any place though when we came across Western in the states, we loved everything about it the look, the ambience, the layouts. I was guided in taking care of by Allison & Bettina Please ladies could not happen more helpful supportive. They never left me in the dark. They were constantly there for any of my silly questions. The hospitality is just beyond five stars, and I can only see the future of living here being even brighter. 🌟
