Wessington House Apartments

Fairly quiet apartment complex, I didn’t have any issues. All my appliances worked just fine. If I did have a maintenance order, it was completed within a day or so. I rented for a number of years. Neighbors were nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the increase in rent doesn’t match the amenities offered. The current management is cool. I’ve always had a good relationship with them. I’d say my biggest issue were the gnats and people not cleaning up after their dogs. Pest control were really great at trying to come by to fix the gnats issue. Just never seemed to get that resolved. The gnats are pretty bad between May and July. I didn’t really have a spider issue in my unit. The apartment complex is in a great area close to everything. I have lived here 20 yrs. No problems and no complaints.

This is the third apartment I've lived in, but the first where I've been just me and my child - so in charge of all the bills, noting maintenance issues, etc. But I have a few things to say. I can only comment on my own apartment and experiences. But I will discuss the pros and cons and observations. - My one bedroom was bigger than I expected it to be. I have sufficient storage space with two front closets, a pantry, a bedroom closet, and a linen closet. My living room and dining room are both bigger than I expected. Kitchen's a bit cramped, but it works. I wish two of the drawers were better (one's a bit stuck, the other falls out, but I don't actually need them yet). - Every time I've called the front office for maintenance, they've come either immediately or within reasonable response

This is a great place to move in. Corell and June where very helpful from start to finish. They answer any question you can possibly think of. They are the sweetest people . Not to mention the boss Lady is really a boss lady she rides in a Lexus!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've lived here many years because I have no other choice. I could write a book on how bad this place is. The managers are constantly changing and the place is falling apart. The managers we have now constantly change your rent even though your income has stayed the same.That's just the short story of it. This place is terrible.
