I liked Anna and her team but we did not have a good experience. - There was a last minute scramble for information - There was a post close harassment for support of small transactions which didn't make sense - No one on the team helped make sense of the requests - I had asked if they sell loans because I wanted someone local to service loan. They sold it within 45 days...which makes the post close harassment make sense. I am now with Citibank and Cenlar which are horrible. I should have just gone with Chase. I never had a problem with my other loan...I just wanted to give someone else a shot.
