Wesleyan Courts Apartments

When we lived there it was a good apartment complex, but when we left, we were never paid our security deposit back. We reached out to Angie and management for months following our move-out but never ended up obtaining the security deposit back that was owed to us. Additionally, we moved out about a month before our lease was up, but they told us to leave our power on. The month we weren't there, our power bill was double what it had ever been. We suspect they used our power to renovate for the next tenants, even though they told us they would not. Even though we reached out multiple times about this issue as well, it was never resolved. Overall, a good place to live when you're there, but don't expect to get your security deposit back.

Been living here for 2 months after relocating from the west coast and I couldn't have picked a better place. The transition was super smooth. llyana and Angie from the management office are 2 of the nicest people you'll ever meet in life. Always willing to help at a moment's notice. The maintenance guy Orlando is always on top of things and has responded quickly to any issues I had as a tenant moving into a new apartment. Their tenant screening process must be very thorough because everyone I've met on the complex seems to be very nice and they always speak. I must say Wesleyan Courts is a very well kept, respectable community. I think I'll be here for a while.

I’ve been living here for about two weeks now and love the peace and quiet of the place. When coming I was greeted by Angie who helped me find an apartment fit perfectly for me and was the sweetest, down to earth person! The customer service here is really amazing. Orlando is in charge of all maintenance of the place and is quick to help anyone with any issues. Everyone makes you feel like part of a Family here. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They also gifted me a welcome bag with all types of goodies!

I’m so thankful for the team at Wesleyan Courts Apartments! They work faithfully meeting the needs of the community. I want to give a special acknowledgment to our maintenance team. Orlando the lead technician is awesome and always takes care of any issues that may arise at the property. I’ve lived at Wesleyan Courts since August 2019 and I’m very satisfied with service that is given. The property management team ensures that the property is well cared for. To start off I want to say how kind and amazing the team is. Me and my roommates are first time renters and Ilyana and Angie were a big help every step of the way. They treated us with care and love. If we ever need anything they are always there to help in whatever way they can. The maintenance team is also very amazing. They are very quick to respond when something comes up. Orlando and Jeff are very kind and respectful. They make sure that our place is always to our needs. It’s a very lovely community here:)
