never picks up trash always blows in front of my door even after trash is emptied they don’t pic up the extra trash the women in the office are terrible always have an attitude always lying like they are going to fix things but never get fixed mold & leaks in apartments they are in no rush to fix these problem no lighting at night very dangerous if you have kids or is a single mother because people lurk around and break in cars your windows will be busted my car was broken into 4 times and my neighbor car was stolen from over here if your moving for peace and a safe place please don’t move here I haven’t had peace since I moved here

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The first year was fine with Ms.Wanda. But then I had NO A/C for half the summer and was told to wait since it was about to be fall in a few week. They got rid of her and brought some new shady people in. The young girl with glass and acne is rude! Don’t want to hear anything unless you’re paying. Mind you I paid on time! Every month! And yes I have proof. Barely caused any problems except when I needed my a/c fixed! Now all I want is my DEPOSIT! Which I was told 3 times all I had to do was request it. In the lease it states to have in writing which was also done. I’ve already called multiple times and they stopped answering the phone. I do NOT HAVE MY DEPOSIT BACK.! But yet they have someone staying in the apartment I moved out on. I know they couldn’t get they lights

Brownlee is very bogus, rude and unprofessional. I applied 2 almost 3 months ago. I called her and she told me it was 3 people in front of me once she got them she will call. Another 1 month goes by still haven’t heard nothing, my friend call right after me she told her she had some coming up at the end of the month (October), I called right after her she didn’t answer or return my call. Can somebody tell me who over these apartments?

Hi I’ve been living at the Wesley Forest apartment about 2 1/2 years now no issues at all wonderful neighborhood and it’s always Good relationship with your manager in the leasing office she is a understanding person and I am glad to be living in Westley Forest Apartment

Too nosey Want six months of bank statements along with proof of income. The bank statements doesn't verify what type tenant the person is. The only company in Memphis making this request.
