Wendy Cline Properties

Our experience with WC Properties was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The agent we worked with, (WC,) acted unethically, backed out of our agreement, and still collected her commission despite failing to fulfill her responsibilities. We were pressured to move out early to accommodate her buyer, but we were never compensated for the early occupancy. What began as a seemingly friendly and professional relationship quickly turned manipulative and hostile. We were belittled when we pushed back or asked questions, and the entire process felt exploitative. The level of immaturity and unprofessionalism was shocking. This broker misrepresented a property she was selling for a family member (which was not disclosed) as never flooded. We have pictures of HER real estate sign under water. The flooding was such a problem that the seller had filed a complaint with the HOA. The disclosures clearly stated that the property had not flooded. When we backed out of the deal, she relisted the property without updating the disclosures and also refused to give us our earnest money back. ZERO ethics. There a roughly a million other realtors--do not work with Wendy.

Now I worked with Wendy a few years back after spending 8 months with another company trying to find the right home. After sitting down with Wendy taking the time to get to know me and my family then understand what we where after she came up with a list of home that where really what we where looking for. Helped make my 10,000 mile house hunting trip come to a close. We stay in touch with Wendy and I plan on doing much more with her in the years to come.

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! Honestly I wish I had listened to my friends when they told me don’t waste my time with this women!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Seriously, could not even get her to respond to a request.
