University Trails Prairie View

As a resident of University Trails, I can truly say I enjoy living here. It sometimes feels like a breath of fresh air compared to all the school events. University Trails is quiet and reserved, but at the same time it still feels like a community throughout the apartment complex. Mrs. Kim and the maintenance team make sure all issues are addressed promptly, and they are very friendly so if you need anything, don't be afraid To ask.

I really love living at University Trails Apartments! My experience here has been amazing from the start. My landlord is super nice and always makes sure everything runs smoothly it honestly makes living here so easy. Anytime I need something, they’re quick to help and really care about the residents. We also have one maintenance guy who’s the best! He always shows up fast, fixes things right away, and is super respectful. It’s nice knowing I don’t have to stress when something breaks or needs to be looked at. The apartments themselves are nice, quiet, and in a good spot. I’ve felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time I’ve lived here. I’ve had such a good experience that I’m already thinking about coming back next year! This place is amazing, very comfortable I get the feeling of being at home the maintenance is amazing and always kept up. Ahh man then there goes the staff the most amazing people I can ever ask for Ms. Kimberly loves us kids to death and she goes out of her way for us. Kynnedi is awesome she a student just like us someone cool to talk to and be around. The whole community is safe and family oriented I couldn’t ask for better they are all awesome all the way around truly a gift from God

Management is amazing. The housing is located in a quiet area, which is great being a student. I have been a resident here for almost 2 years and will definitely recommend this place to any off campus student!

Absolutely love the manager ms.Kimberly is my favorite:) , she is kind and gentle with all of her residents and is always engaging with us as students , also loves to include us in community activities such as church together, challenges , and fun building activities!
